Grattan Private Duty Nursing is led by Staci Grattan, Owner and President/Administrator, who founded the agency in 2001 and has more than 30 years of experience in the home care industry.
Our team specializes in creating reliable, personalized in-home nursing care for clients with complex medical needs. We are recognized experts in staffing even the most difficult-to-staff or remote-area cases, offering creative solutions that ensure continuity, safety, and high-quality care.

Grattan HealthCare is a leading home health care provider in central and northern Minnesota. We offer CFSS Services/ Personal Care, Respite and Homemaking services to Medical Assistance recipients, private pay customers and a wide variety of payment options.
Additionally, our network of trained and skilled CFSS workers/ Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) continue to expand throughout our service area, with excellent working conditions being offered to more than 150 individuals.
